GILET
Gilet is located in the SE of the Sierra Calderona next to the Palancia river basin, in a privileged location, nestled between mountains but at the same time very close to the sea.
The most notable places include the Monastery of Santo Espíritu, the imposing Gilet Tower, built in 1580, the MUSIT, the Museum of Traditional Music Instruments, and of course the Parish Church of San Antono Abad and the Hermitage of San Miguel.
It currently has about 3,300 inhabitants, having registered a large increase in recent years. In Gilet we find many natural enclaves and there is the possibility of enjoying the surroundings with the family at the Font del Beato Nicolás Factor Picnic Area.
